How can Kinesiology / EFT / Matrix Reimprinting help?

Stress plays a very dominant role in all of our lives, even babies and children experience stress. The key to finding a life that is healthy both from an emotional and physical perspective, is identifying positive ways to manage and respond to the stress and to create balance in our life. When we hear the word stress, we immediately have a response, it could be a tightening of the tummy, your head may go a bit dizzy, you may experience palpitations, start sweating or you may just sit upright in your chair. The thing is, each individual has a unique reaction to stress. And so, it is apparent that stress can manifest in different ways in our body. Symptoms, conditions and disease can occur that are unique to that individual.

Stress doesn’t just come from “Work” or “children” for example, two big examples to be fair, but we can’t forget all the other stressors we are faced with on a daily and weekly basis. What about nutritional stress: the food we put into our bodies – wheat, sugar, caffeine, three huge stresses. There are environmental stressors such as radiation, geopathic stress, pollution, which we are all, exposed to. Home life, which should be our sanctuary, can quite often be far from it. Our relationships can cause huge emotional stress, bullying, school life generally, financial stress, grief, emotional traumas, emotional situations all cause stress within us, and all that stress affects us on an emotional but also on a physical level.

When we experience stress, our bodies move from the relaxed parasympathetic nervous system state into the sympathetic nervous system state – the flight or fight state. This state is a “hyper” state where our sensitivities increase, our pupils dilate, our heart beats faster, we have a shot of adrenaline… all aids to escape from the dangerous situation we have suddenly found ourselves in. However, we no longer live in danger of the sabre toothed tiger chasing us, but we do live in an environment where we are plagued by so many other stressors, and not just one, a multitude of them which culminates in our sympathetic nervous system being activated too often and in many cases, staying activated for long periods of time. This can cause adrenal fatigue, “burnout”, blood sugar imbalances, cardiovascular issues, the list really is a very very long one. In order to combat this cycle that we become stuck in, we need to redress the imbalances in our body, to be able to live and thrive in our parasympathetic nervous system state most often and lead lives of empowered health and wellbeing.

This is where Kinesiology, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting come into play. With all the tools and techniques available, balance can be found creating a harmonious and happy state of wellbeing and equilibrium, where you live in a state of prevention being better than a cure.
